Digital Printing
Digital printing is ideal for short-run jobs that require fast turnaround and high-quality output. It offers a resolution of up to 2400 x 2400 dpi with a DPI range between 600 and 2400, making it perfect for sharp images and detailed graphics. This method supports paper sizes from A6 to A3+ and can handle approximately 5,000 to 50,000 prints per day depending on the setup. The print quality is excellent, especially for customized materials such as brochures, business cards, and photo prints. It is highly cost-effective for small quantities since there is no setup cost, and it allows easy customization, variable data printing, and quick production.
Continuous Feed Printing
Continuous feed printing is designed for high-volume production and is widely used for printing invoices, billing statements, and transactional documents. It typically operates at a resolution range of 300 to 1200 dpi, delivering reliable and consistent output for text-heavy materials. This printing method uses continuous roll paper, allowing uninterrupted printing and supporting production volumes exceeding 100,000 prints per day. While the print quality is optimized for clarity and speed rather than high-end visuals, it is extremely cost-effective for bulk operations. Its major advantages include high-speed performance, continuous operation, and efficiency in handling large-scale printing tasks.
Offset Printing
Offset printing is the preferred choice for large-scale commercial printing due to its superior quality and consistency. It delivers very high resolution output, typically equivalent to 1200 to 3000 dpi, ensuring precise color reproduction and sharp details. This method supports a wide range of paper sizes, including large sheets up to 28 x 40 inches, making it suitable for posters, magazines, and packaging materials. Offset printing can handle production volumes ranging from 50,000 to over 500,000 prints per day, making it highly efficient for bulk orders. Although it involves initial setup costs, it becomes extremely cost-effective for large quantities and offers advantages such as superior color accuracy, consistent quality, and compatibility with various paper types and finishes.
